We’re Always Excited to Welcome New Visitors
We hope you'll join us for a service, and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Here's what you can expect when you come to either our services starting at 9:15 a.m. for our Sunday School and 10:00 a.m. for regular service.
Our church is located at 4 Walnut Ave. (formally 2741 State Hwy 130).
If you have mobility restrictions or young children to carry, feel free to use one of the spots closest to the door. We like to keep them free for visitors and people who need assistance.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church,
for we truly believe people should come to God as they are. You don't need to dress up to get his approval--that comes through Jesus' sacrifice. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress. Shorts are as welcome as suits.
When you walk in,
you will find warm friendly faces who will greet you. They'll help you with questions you may have on where to find the nursery and Sunday school rooms if you have kids or point you to the restrooms. If you have any questions about the service itself, they are happy to provide you with helpful answers.
Be sure to enjoy some coffee and refreshments and hang around after the service.
You'll have a chance to meet our pastor and many other people in the church. We'd also love to get to know you so you're a familiar face the next time you come.
What To Expect
When you come to join us for the first time,
one of our congregation members will be glad to help you become comfortable. If you'd like, they'll help you find the nursery, restrooms and, of course, coffee and deserts.
During the service,
you'll hear our faith expressed in the songs we sing, prayers we offer up and our pastor's preaching. All parts of our service are grounded in the Bible, which we are committed to upholding. At our Church, we unapologetically preach eternal salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.
After the service,
you will see a majority of the congregation enjoying fellowship with one another. Please join in so we can have a chance to get to know each other. Say hello to our pastor and anyone else you see. We'd all love to hear your story and share ours with you.
No matter what your Christian background is (or isn't), we hope you'll join us on Sunday here at Centennial Valley Community Church. Our services start at 9:15 a.m. for Sunday School and 10:00 a.m. for regular service every Sunday.
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works."
(Hebrews 10:24)
At Centennial Valley Community Church, we have a simple hope: to see people come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their Christian faith. Our ministries come in all shapes and sizes. Please come and join us for worship.
Children Ministry
Our Children's ministry allows children to hear and rejoice while learning about the good news of Jesus Christ. We seek to create a fun and loving environment for all Children. Children's ministry is available each Sunday morning during regular service. Nursery is also provided if needed each Sunday morning.
Mid-Week Bible Study
Please join us at Branden and Jamie Phillips house on Wednesday night starting at 7:30 p.m. for a mid-week bible study. We will start serving desert at 6:30 p.m. An announcement will be made if a dinner will be served the prior Sunday before the study.
