Centennial Valley Community Church

1 box of saltine crackers
1 1/2 C. Olive Oil
1 package of ranch dressing mix
3 Tablespoons of crushed red pepper flakes

Stand crackers in a container that has a lid
Mix other ingredients in a bowl
Pour over crackers
Cover with tight fitting lid
Let stand 15 minutes
Turn upside down and let stand 15 minutes
Repeat flips 2 more times.
Drain on paper towel.

We love these crackers, but found that using Canola oil makes them "lighter" tasting and even better.
