1 bag of Boneless Skinless Chicken breast 1 can of chicken broth or 2 bullion cubes 2 cups of flour (self riseing) 2 tsp of baking powder 1/3 C. shortning 1/2 C. Milk Salt Pepper Garlic Minced Onion
Boil frozen chicken in water until well cooked or put in a crock pot and cook overnight. Pour Chicken broth into a pot and add the can of chicken broth or bullion cubes Add Seasoning to taste, and reserve the broth In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, milk and shortning until batter is a stiff dough Roll out dough to about 1/4 thick and cut into 1" squares. (or you can ball the dough in into about 1" balls) Lightly coat the squares or balls with more flour Bring the broth to a boil and drop the dough balls into the broth, stir then cover and simmer about 10 minutes. Chop up Chicken and add to broth, mix then let simmer for another 30 minutes. Serve

Pour Chicken broth into a pot and add the can of chicken broth or bullion cubes
Add Seasoning to taste, and reserve the broth
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, milk and shortning until batter is a stiff dough
Roll out dough to about 1/4 thick and cut into 1" squares. (or you can ball the dough in into about 1" balls) Lightly coat the squares or balls with more flour
Bring the broth to a boil and drop the dough balls into the broth, stir then cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
Chop up Chicken and add to broth, mix then let simmer for another 30 minutes.
Serve
